With
these things in mind, we formulated a system design based on the following concepts:
The
system had to be easy-to-use, intuitive and non-threatening in its appearance and operation;
It
had to be dependable and to make documents available to those who needed access to them,
while preventing
access to those who did not need access;
And
it had to be capable of being tailored around how RVJDC worked rather than forcing a dramatic change in the way
its’ staff did its business.
