Order Entry and Customer Service

This module is the building block for everything else in the system. Your order desk personnel can immediately check stock, prices, backorders or even past sales for a customer with a few simple keystrokes. We handle not only "plain Vanilla" customer orders, but also cash sales, customer deposits, Return Material Authorizations, quotes order acknowledgments, back orders and special orders. Customer and product searches, automated stock selection, "hot key" inquiries and context sensitive help are just a few of the capabilities that make your order desk efficient and productive. Once an order has been entered, credit is checked and the "paperwork".. be it pick lists, transfer tickets, bills of lading, bar coded packing labels, credit release forms, shipping manifests or supplier special orders can be created if you choose.
