You may be using a computer, but you still have all of that paper -- paper that you can’t find when you need it and can’t read when you find it. With ODDS ReForm, information placed on a document is used to pre-fill subsequent forms and is automatically captured for management reporting. Every form is available, and every form is readable. 

As forms are completed, they may be printed to paper or archived in an unalterable format in an electronic document management system. Information about an individual is always available for reporting and analysis. ODDS ReForm changes your paper forms to Smart Forms.
